Laal Dhaga operates this website and provides a curated range of ethnic saree wear and related products. Our website is powered by Shopify, which enables us to offer seamless e-commerce functionality including browsing, payment processing, and order fulfillment.

We reserve the right to cancel or limit quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.
4. Pricing and Payment
Prices are displayed in INR (₹) unless otherwise stated. We accept various payment methods, including UPI, debit/credit cards, and net banking. Cash on Delivery is currently not available.
All transactions are processed securely via Shopify’s payment gateway.
5. Shipping
We ship both domestically and internationally. Orders are typically delivered within 7–8 business days. You will receive a tracking ID once your order is dispatched. Shipping timelines may vary based on location or logistics partner delays.
6. Return and Refund Policy
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged. In case of damage, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and submit a video of the unboxing to qualify for a refund or replacement.
