1. Do you ship across India and internationally?
Yes, we offer both domestic and international shipping. Wherever you are, Laal Dhaga is ready to deliver tradition to your doorstep.
2. How long does delivery take?
Orders typically arrive within 7–8 business days. Please note that we currently do not offer express shipping.
3. Can I return or exchange my order?
At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is received in a damaged condition. In such cases, a compulsory video of the unboxing must be provided for us to process your claim.
4. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, we will share a tracking ID linked to the respective courier service so you can monitor your delivery in real-time.
5. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods including UPI, debit/credit cards, and net banking. Cash on Delivery is currently unavailable, but may be introduced in the future.
6. Are your sarees made in-house or sourced?
Our collection includes both in-house creations and carefully sourced pieces from skilled artisans. Every saree is handpicked for quality and authenticity.
7. Do you offer customization or blouse stitching?
We currently do not provide customization or stitching services. Our sarees are sold as ready-to-wear pieces.
