2. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
3. Delivery Timelines
Estimated delivery timelines (after dispatch):

Please note: Delivery times may vary due to customs, logistics delays, or remote locations.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

We do not currently refund shipping charges under any circumstance.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email or SMS. This ID can be used to track your shipment directly through the courier partner's website or our tracking portal.
6. Delivery Issues
If your package is delayed or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us within 48 hours so we can assist you in resolving the issue. We will work with the courier partner to investigate and support you with a resolution.
7. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. Laal Dhaga is not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
8. Customs and Duties (International Orders)
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their country. These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices.
